The latest updates notifications w.r.t HAOS will be displayed under Home Assistant web application > Settings. To install the latest version, click on Update and proceed with install steps.
ATOM Hub is compatible with which communication protocol?
WiFi, Bluetooth (BLE), ZigBee, Thread / Matter (WIP).
Note: ZWave module is not by default available but an option is available to attach ZWave through USB or through a header pin inside the enclosure where one can attach RaZberry 7 module or AEOTEC Z-Pi 7.
Does it come with a preloaded Home Assistant Operating System (HAOS) version?
Yes, it comes preloaded with the latest HAOS version.
How do I Factory Reset the ATOM Hub device manually?
The device has a reset (RST) option available on the backside. You need to use a pin to insert and keep the button pressed for 5 seconds and release. This will reset the device. It might take up to 20 minutes to complete the device reset.
Note: Make sure it is connected to power and the internet via ethernet cable.
