Prerequisite: You will need to purchase separately

RJ45 Ethernet (cat5e or cat6) stp cable in order to connect your internet router with your Hotspot outdoor setup. The length of the cable will depend on the distance between your internet router and the outdoor enclosure where it is being deployed.
Copper wire in order to connect surge arrester with the earthing / grounding mechanism to protect the hotspot from a lightning strike.

Mounting Flagpole of non-rusting material having diameter between 1.5 to 2 inches. Length of the flagpole is your choice to get a clear line of sight for your Hotspot.
Clamps and nails to securely install the mounting flagpole on your terrace, roof or any other identified location.
Screwdriver with ability to screw slotted and cross head (Philips) screws.

Warranty: Outdoor Accessories items are expected to be used / installed are per the User manual provided by ClodPi Labs (India) Pvt Ltd to achieve the maximum performance. ClodPi Labs provide 1 year warranty on the PoE Injector (Brands: Tenda , TP Link or any other provided). For any issues you can reach to ClodPi Labs - Support team. ClodPi Labs do not provide any warranty on Enclosure, Antenna, PoE Splitter, Surge Arrestor, and other supported accessories. User should be careful when setting up the device and strictly follow the user guide and safety instructions to avail the Warranty services on the Product as mentioned below.

Repair/Replacement: ClodPi Technical team will try to resolve the issue by connecting over the air as primary method. Any issues due to manufacturing will be replaced at FOC, Device having issue need to send to ClodPi's Bangalore office via available courier for ClodPi to be able to investigate the issue.

We do maintain 5% inventory for each batch. This would reduce the turn around time in case of replacement case.

FOC pickup is applicable only if the pick up location is same as the Shipping Address that was provided while ordering with ClodPi. In case of changed address, Customer has to borne the shipping charges.

For clarity, this warranty only covers the ClodPi Labs Hotspot hardware itself, and does not cover any software, other hardware, tokens, products or services Helium may provide.

Warranty Exclusion: Tampering, Misuse, Fire, Water, Maintenance by an unauthorized method and Product not used as per user manual recommendations, purchased from sources other than ClodPi Labs.

Shipment Issues: Any issue with shipment should be reported within 24 hours of shipment receipt by the customer / representative of the customer along with the photo of the shipment package received and the device.
