ClodPi Labs do not provide any warranty on Enclosure, Antenna, PoE Splitter, Surge Arrestor, and other supported accessories. User should be careful when setting up the device and strictly follow the user guide and safety instructions to avail the Warranty services on the Product as mentioned below.
For clarity, this warranty only covers the ClodPi Labs Hotspot hardware itself, and does not cover any software, other hardware, tokens, products or services Helium may provide.
Shipment Issues: Any issue with shipment should be reported within 24 hours of shipment receipt by the customer / representative of the customer along with the photo of the shipment package received and the device.
